Chairman & CEOPablo Penaloza is the Founder and CEO of T7X, a financial technology group building the infrastructure to modernize capital markets. Under his leadership, T7X is developing an integrated financial ecosystem that brings together investment banking capabilities, capital formation, digital asset infrastructure, and securities markets. T7X is designed to connect the entire lifecycle of capital formation, from primary issuance to secondary market liquidity.
Pablo brings extensive experience across investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, correspondent banking, investment management, and financial institution leadership. Throughout his career, he has participated in transactions ranging from hundreds of millions to more than $4 billion and held senior executive positions in the banking and financial services industries. He has a deep understanding of traditional financial markets, their regulatory frameworks, and the opportunities to improve their underlying infrastructure.

His vision is to transform how companies raise capital, how securities are issued and managed, and how investors access financial opportunities. By combining regulated financial services with blockchain technology, Pablo is working to make capital markets more efficient, accessible, transparent, and interconnected.

His ultimate objective is to help establish a new financial market infrastructure—one that lowers barriers to capital formation, expands investor access, and enables financial assets to move more efficiently across an increasingly digital global economy.
