Welcome to T7X, a licensed digital asset marketplace for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization and investment. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, services, and any tokenized assets you may acquire through T7X. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

"T7X", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to T7X, a licensed digital asset marketplace for Real-World Asset tokenization and investment services.

"You", "Your", "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses, uses, or registers for our platform services.

"RWA" refers to Real-World Assets that have been tokenized and made available for investment through our platform.

"Platform" refers to the T7X website, mobile applications, and all associated services for RWA investment and management.

"Tokenized Assets" refers to digital representations of real-world assets that are held on blockchain networks and made available through our platform.

2. Platform Services

T7X provides a comprehensive platform for Real-World Asset tokenization and investment, including:

• Tokenized Asset Marketplace: Access to curated, vetted Real-World Assets that have been tokenized and made available for fractional ownership.
• Non-Custodial Wallets: Secure, self-custodial wallet infrastructure where you maintain control of your private keys and assets.
• Compliance & KYC: Licensed framework with rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
• On-Chain Transparency: Real-time reporting and immutable transaction records on blockchain networks.
• Portfolio Management: Tools for tracking, managing, and analyzing your tokenized asset investments.

All services are provided subject to regulatory compliance and our internal risk management policies.

3. Compliance & KYC

To use T7X services, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process:

• Identity Verification: Provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Accredited Investor Status: Certain investments may require accredited investor verification under applicable securities laws.
• Geographic Restrictions: Some services may not be available in all jurisdictions due to regulatory requirements.
• Ongoing Compliance: You must maintain accurate and up-to-date information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions are subject to AML monitoring and reporting requirements.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Investment Terms

By investing through T7X, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Investment Risks: All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Due Diligence: You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before making any investment decisions.
• Non-Custodial Ownership: You maintain direct ownership of your tokenized assets through non-custodial wallets. T7X does not hold your assets.
• Regulatory Compliance: All investments must comply with applicable securities laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Liquidity: Tokenized assets may have limited liquidity, and there is no guarantee that you will be able to sell your investments at any particular time or price.
• Fees: Platform fees and transaction costs may apply to your investments and will be disclosed before you commit to any transaction.

You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose and should consider consulting with a qualified financial advisor.

5. Liability & Risk

T7X provides a platform for RWA investment but cannot guarantee investment outcomes:

• No Investment Advice: T7X does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.
• Market Risks: Tokenized assets are subject to market volatility, regulatory changes, and technological risks inherent in blockchain technology.
• Technology Risks: Smart contract bugs, network congestion, or blockchain failures may affect your investments.
• Regulatory Changes: Changes in laws or regulations may impact the value or legality of tokenized assets.
• Limitation of Liability: T7X's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for investment losses or market fluctuations.

You acknowledge that you understand these risks and are investing at your own risk.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
• You provide false or misleading information during KYC verification.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities.
• You fail to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• We are required to do so by regulatory authorities or legal process.

Upon termination, you will retain ownership of your tokenized assets but may lose access to certain platform features. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases involving suspected illegal activity.
