T7X was created by industry professionals with extensive experience, operations, IT, entrepreneurship, and even C-suite.

Our Technical team has been around from the inception of the internet craze and has been focusing on securitization of personal private information as well as creating the most cutting-edge application systems for transaction of assets.

The business and entrepreneurship team has been involved in creating, investing and operating many private, public and digital assets over the past 25 years. They were the first to do a cloud-based transaction system in 1999 that led the wave of cloud-based storage and transaction systems.

This team has been involved with many private, OTC, TSX and NASDAQ companies and have learned the correct structure to create value for their investments. This knowledge has been passed to our TrustedDigital team in the management of the assets traded on T7X. Additionally, this team will continue to be instrumental in helping many companies worldwide make the bridge to digital crypto assets.

T7X’s exchange and custody license is held in Lithuania, and is both an exchange and a custody licensed.

CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Capital corporation in Lithuania.

The Corporate Structure is a capital corporation in Lithuania that is managed by in country managers for KYC and AML. Additionally, the exchange has in country directors for the license.

SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT

Ownership and management by T7X Assets.

The Software is owned and managed by T7X Assets in Wyoming. This entity has a management agreement to oversee and manage all aspects of the financial, (outside of KYC, all), software, customer service, marketing, and executive management functions. In exchange, T7X Assets, will receive a fee for all monies generated after costs are covered for KYC and in country operations.
