Tulum Coin is available to be purchased and traded on T7X. The exchange has been established to list and trade only tokens that have an intrinsic value and are backed by real assets. In addition, the exchange will be the mechanism for delivery of dividends to the holders of these tokens.

Acquire boutique hotels on the Mayan Riviera that have 10 – 30 rooms.

LIQUIDITY

Loan up to 50% of the liquidation value to the Corporations, as a secured lien, that own the real estate properties.

SERVICES

The hotels will use our services including booking, food, cleaning, and maintenance.

TOKEN CONTROLLED

If the hotels default on the loan, the token assumes ownership of operations.

LOANS

Loans will be a 10 – 20 year agreement.

CASH FLOW

Investors will receive the cash flow of these properties, averaging 6% to 8% per year, cash on cash return, and the appreciation in the property on a pro-rata basis.

Token holders receive a quarterly return from the rents paid to properties backed by Tulum Coin.

FIXED RETURNS

Earn as much as 6% to 8% annual returns from rents.

Token Holders will receive a quarterly return from the rents paid to the property. These will be paid to the holder on a quarterly basis in the form of either USDC or ETH. Returns are expected to be up to 6% to 8% annual depending on property rents.

ADDITIONAL DISTRIBUTIONS

Additional 8% to 12% potential.

Additionally, the holder may receive any distributions from property liquidations that are not reinvested into other properties, at discretion of coin management. Such expected returns could range from 8% to 12% additional to the annual rent returns.

CASHFLOW POTENTIAL

Total annualized returns.

Total annualized returns, combining annual cash flow plus property appreciation, is expected to be between 18% to 22%.
